Steve Baer, Managing Partner of Code and Theory's Brand Design Group, presented a case study at the iMedia Brand Summit on "Atomizing Your Brand." It was part of the conference's Master Track on Creating Compelling Stories

The case study touched on how Code and Theory helped "atomize" the Dr Pepper brand into smaller stories and behaviors that could ladder up to the core brand idea: That one-of-a-kinds make the world a better place.

Key takeaways included: What's the right format for each part of your story: video, mobile, social, etc? What process do you go through to tell a good story? How do you tell if it's good? How do you distribute it? What do you go through to refine it?
